Devinci Frames

The Devinci Troy Carbon frame is Devinci's first 650b/27.5 Trail frame to feature Dave Weagle's proven Split Pivot technology, and with the addition of short seat stays this frame provides for optimal control over a burly mix of DH and XC terrain. The patented Dave Weagle suspension design centers on the wheel axle to allow maximum suspension efficiency and traction without interference from pedal and brake forces. The front triangle is molded as a single monocoque piece, meaning that there is no tube bonding required during the manufacturing process. The Troy also employs a carbon fiber seat stay assembly and an aluminum rocker link, complete with angle adjusting chips that can be flipped to tweak the head angle by half of a degree (67.6 to 68.1) and the bottom bracket by six millimeters (333 to 339mm). The frame weighs in at 6.07lb with a FOX Float CTD shock that offers 140mm of travel. The tapered head tube up front combined with the 12x142mm thru axle on the rear provides the necessary stiffness for rough trail riding. The 27.5 wheel size adds to this smooth-ride formula, making for an unstoppable off-road weapon combining the best elements of the big-wheel movement.
