Titus Mountain Bikes
Bike: Titus ML-1-XT M775 Rapidfire Disc with DT Swiss X-1800 wheels
Only have around $2500 bucks to spend on a top-tier full suspension rig?
Then here is your chance to pick up an incredible deal on the bike that won 2007 Bicycling Magazine Editors Choice award. Our custom built Titus ML-1 costs $2599 and that's for the whole bike - right down to full Shimano XT components and a Fox Shox suspension package. The Titus ML-1 starts with the FSR (Horst Link) rear suspension that floats on a carbon link and sealed-bearing main pivots - then they build a 6061 aluminum frame that features a triple-butted top and downtube with proprietary seat and chain stays. A suspension design this good deserves the best components so we deliver it with awesome Fox Shox suspension bits, full Shimano XT components and DT Swiss X-1800 wheels.
Every bit of the 4" or 5" adjustable rear wheel travel gobbles up hits like a long-travel trailbike, yet it pedals as if it has one tire on the cross-country course.
Flip the Fox ProPedal lever and activate increased initial compression resistance to make the ML-1 a real hammerhead with really sweet climbing prowess. Unleash the ProPedal compression ramping and this bike knifes high speed single track like it was glued to the ground. This ultra-capable bike will allow you to maximize your technical skills and boost your climbing range - all without breaking the bank.
Frame: 6061 aluminum front triangle with Triple-Butted Hydroformed downtube. Compression molded carbon fiber rocker. Dual rate/dual travel rear suspension for 4 or 5" of travel. Sealed cartridge bearings and replaceable derailleur hanger.
