Campagnolo® cartridges need their own version of bottom bracket tools. This small tool looks like a freewheel remover, but has a slightly different shape. The BBT-5 fits Record®, Chorus®, and Athena® bottom bracket cartridges. It also fit all rear Campagnolo® cassette hub lockrings. The BBT-5 has a one-inch hex on the back for use with a wrench or socket. 66 g.
Fits most cassette lockrings including Shimano®, SRAM®, Sun Tour®, Chris King and Sun Race®. Heat treated alloy tool steel, one inch base fits wrench or bench vise. Always use a skewer or axle nut to hold remover firmly in place. Compatible with shimano lockrings and with centerlock disc brake rotor lockrings. 61 g.
Fits all Shimano® freewheels since 1985, Uniglide® before 1985; S.I.S. and Sachs® Aris freewheels. Heat treated alloy tool steel, one inch base fits wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts. Use the FR-5 for the cassette type lockrings. NOTE: Not intended for use with Falcon® brand freewheels. This combination chain whip and freewheel/lockring remover wrench is heat treated to prevent bending and flexing. It also features hardened pins to keep the chain in place and a comfortable handle. 389 g.
