Engineered, designed and manufactured in Germany, these great brakes offer fantastic stopping power and modulation! The Magura MT 6 disc brake has the same Carbotecture technology on the master cylinder as the pricier MT 8 brakes, but uses an aluminum brake lever and clamp for cost savings. The dual piston caliber is incorporated into a one-piece design for maximum stiffness, and offers automatic pad wear adjustment. Checking pad wear and replacing worn pads is a snap with Magura's top loading design, allowing pads to be changed without removing the wheels from the bike. The aluminum 2-finger brake lever offers integrated reach adjustment, making it perfect for all hand sizes. The MT 6 brake arrives pre-bled and is backed by a 5-year leakproof warranty. Future brake bleeding is no sweat using Magura's Easy Bleed Technology (EBT), employing non-corrosive and non-toxic mineral oil. Hose routing is simple using the adjustable banjo fitting on the caliber. Sram Matchmaker compatible.
