The Santa Cruz Aluminum Tallboy pairs VPP suspension and 29" wheels to create a fast rolling, sharp handling, versatile bike that exploits the benefits of big wheels to the best of their advantage - at home anywhere from remote alpine singletrack to crowded jittery start lines. Designed to use a 100-120mm fork, this 29er boasts 100mm of rear travel, delivering clean, neutral pedaling without bob or feedback, and plush, bump-eating suspension across the board.

Frame: Custom drawn and butted aluminum chassis, with short chainstays and curved seat tube (for enhanced climbing), tapered head tube, 15mm aluminum pivot axles (2 lower-1 upper) rotating on angular contact bearings, grease ports, replaceable dropouts and 100mm of Next Generation VPP suspension.
