Bike: Santa Cruz Blur LT-Juicy 5 Custom King
The new Blur LT was created for the next generation of trail riding. Like a Blur, it’s swift pedaling, great climbing, and blessed with a proven design. But, it’s a little more than that, too: more rear wheel travel (up to 5.3 inches), more stability (due to a slightly longer wheelbase), more tire clearance and more strength around the head tube and down tube to accommodate a longer travel fork (adding confidence in the steeps). All that, and it can still hit the trail at less than 28 pounds.
Frame: Custom Butted 6069 aluminum tubeset with VPP linkage. Sealed cartridge bearings and replaceable dropouts. 135mm travel. (5.3 inches) rear travel.
Shock: Fox RP23.
Frame Weight (Med): 6 lbs. 2 oz.
Use up to 160mm travel fork.
Sizes: SM-XL.
Recommended Fork Travel: 130 to 135mm.
Powder Coat colors: black, white, trans red, silver, orange, black chrome, liquid blue.
