Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to Customer Service immediately. Please keep the original box and all packing material for inspection by the shipping carrier.
The Colorado Cyclist accepts the return of all unused merchandise in it's original manufacturer packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For your safety all food and drink items are not returnable.
The original invoice must accompany your return. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Items that have been washed or installed are not considered new and unused.
The colorado cyclist will only reimburse return shipping on defective or damaged items. you will be reimbursed for postal priority insured or ups ground service only. Any packing fees charged by mailing service will not be refunded.
The Colorado Cyclist stands behind all manufacturers warranties. The item must be warranty inspected by the Colorado Cyclist and/or the manufacturer before an item is deemed a warranty.
If covered under warranty the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The original receipt must accompany the warranty request.
1. All items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and tags still attached.
2. Complete the returns form and return it with the merchandise
