The Oltre XR4 incorporates Countervail, a US aerospace technology, into its carbon layers to provide viscoelastic, vibration cancelling properties that greatly reduce road vibrations, maximizing ride control, increasing rigidity and peak power output, and diminishing rider fatigue over long distances. The PF86.5 bottom bracket and massive chainstays provide efficient power transfer, while the aero profiled seatstays absorb and dissolve road vibrations for a very fast and smooth ride.
