NOX Citico Disc Gravel/CX Clincher Rim

Named after the Citico wilderness area in the Smoky Mountains, the NOX Citico Disc Gravel/CX Carbon Rim excels on endless amounts of gravel and dirt roads, creek crossings, climbs, and descents. The NOX Citico rim was originally designed with these places in mind, but it ended up as an ideal CX race rim as well. The Citico is a disc specific hooked rim with an internal rim width of 23mm and features asymmetrical offset with a UniWeave layup that uses two different carbon fiber fabrics to improve strength and stiffness, plus maximizes durability. RockGuard is a combination of extra material thickness and ideal surface fiber orientations to provide the maximum impact resistance, while the Anti-Burp Bump helps prevent the tire from "burping" air. NOX leveraged their experience producing durable carbon mountain rims into making sure the Citico is ready to tackle the harsh conditions of all day adventure riding, gravel grinding and CX racing. Because it is a hooked rim design, the Citico rim will allow a max psi of 90. For tubed applications we recommend tires 28mm or wider.
