All items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and tags still attached.
Download and print the return and exchange form or use the one included on the packing slip sent with your order and include it in your return package.
Please note: When using our prepaid return label, $7.00 will be deducted from your refund on the item(s) that you returned. This prepaid label cannot be used for oversized packages such as wheels, bikes, travel cases, trainers, work stands, component packages and such. Oversized packages are not insured for loss or damage through this prepaid label, also an additional charge will be incurred if used for any oversized packages. For the fastest service, call us at 800-688-8600, option 1 to request an exchange or simply place a new order online or by phone. We'll ship your new item right away. We do need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
Colorado Cyclist stands behind all manufacturer’s warranties. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.
The manufacturer will determine if the item is warrantable and will determine repair, replacement or (on the rare occasion it cannot be repaired or replaced) credit. If a repair/replacement is not possible we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (with variances in color) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.
Take photos and email them to email@example.com along with your order number, customer number, contact information, and product defect description. We will contact you with further instructions within the next business day. When sending warrantable items back, please include the original receipt.
Also note, labor and shipping are not covered by any warranty. You are responsible for all shipping costs (and all labor costs) associated with warranty evaluation and warranty repair/replacement. This will include shipping to and from us.
