The RockShox RS-1 Fork is a new inverted suspension fork, designed for uncompromising cross-country riding. The inverted design keeps oil flowing to the seals for smooth lubrication, and allows for a stiffer upper that reduces flex for precise steering. The fork's steerer tube, crown and legs are integrated into a single carbon mainframe. Damping is achieved with the new remote-lockout Accelerator Damper combined with the Solo Air Spring, which provides incredible small bump performance with an ultra-efficient lockout. RockShox's Predictive Steering technology compensates for the lack of an arch with a hub and axle system that locks the legs in place. The Torque Tube, a large 27mm axle that runs through the proprietary SRAM hub, along with a 15mm Maxle thru-axle, connects the 32mm stanchions to create a stiff and stout fork and hub assembly. 100mm travel. Shock pump is included. The RS-1 fork requires a Predictive Steering hub (sold separately).
