Rotor 3D+ MAS 110X5 BCD Black/White Crankset

ROTOR Bike Components has developed, based on their successful 3D crankset, a BB30 & BBright specific crankset. Compatible with any BB30 or BSA threaded frame (using the ROTOR “BSA30” BB cups) on the market. ROTOR 3D+ crank are lightweight, lighter than most carbon cranks, performance aluminium cranks.

3D+ cranks have an improved version of their proprietary “Trinity Drilling System” technology. Due to the larger spindle area of a BB30 crank, all three holes can be drilled from the axle side of the crank arm, allowing for further optimization of wall thicknesses, improving both the weight and the rigidity of the crank arm.

Q-Rings increase power in the stroke and minimize the intensity of the dead spot zones by extending the time spent in the power stroke (where 90 percent of all power is produced) and accelerating the legs through the weak dead spots of a stroke. Foir example a 50T Q-Ring, around the upper dead-spot is equivalent to a 48T, but as the pedal goes down and more strength is applied, the equivalent chainring tooth size reaches 52T.
