The Industry Nine Hydra Classic Boost CL Front Hub is the heart of your wheel, everything revolves around them, literally. Every Hydra Classic mountain hub is made start to finish in I9's Asheville, NC machine shop. From turning and milling bar stock 7075-T6 aluminum for shells, axles and encaps, to their own in-house anodization lab, every step of design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly is done on premises to I9's exacting standards. The two-bearing hub utilizes external seals for longevity and moisture prevention, while the oversize axle provides front end stiffness. The large diameter disc flange improves wheel stiffness and braking torque transfer plus the angled flanges provide lower spoke stresses. Made in Asheville, NC, USA.
