Backorder Policy

  • “Available for backorder” items typically ship from the Colorado Cyclist in 5-10 business days.
  • If an item is going to take longer than 2 weeks to ship from the Colorado Cyclist, we will reach out via email or phone with an estimated shipping time frame.
  • If an item is no longer available, we will reach out via email or phone to alert you that we are canceling the order.
  • Orders that include “available for backorder” items will not be charged until everything is in stock and ready to ship.
  • If you are purchasing both “in stock” & “available for backorder” items, please note that nothing will ship until we have all the items at the Colorado Cyclist facility.
